Account must be in good standing. Premium IT Service monthly charges of $16.50 begin in month 13. Some Frontier services are subject to availability and may require feature-enabled equipment. $400 early termination fee applies for phone and Internet services. Security software requires Windows XP Service Pack 2 or higher, Mac OS X v10.5 or higher (not available for Lion), and must be downloaded using your business Frontier High-Speed Internet service. Unlimited nationwide voice service is subject to a maximum of 12 lines. Unlimited phone minutes exclude 900, international, directory assistance and dial-up Internet calls. Customers with usage inconsistent with normal commercial voice applications and usage patterns may be required to either select another Frontier long distance plan that charges for all long distance calls or to cancel service.
